OUTLET PARK is a new retail park situated in the New Town Centre of Umhlanga in close proximity to the Gateway shopping center. The retail park which is currently under construction will take advantage of it's prime road frontage onto Meridian Drive set to be one one of the main access routes through the Umhlanga New Town Centre. The Site is located adjacent to PORSCHE and is located within an area of dense new residential and commercial property development. The area is expected to see high activity as many people move into the area and will be located within walking distance of the Outlet Park development.
The site is also located on the corner of a proposed new intersection connecting the N2 highway with Meridian Drive and connecting Meridian Dr to the huge new development Cornubia that is located on the opposite side of the N2.
